Rohloff Splined Carrier L – Slotted Sprocket Adapter with Lockring (Art. 8540L)

The Rohloff Splined Carrier L is a precision-engineered slotted sprocket adapter designed for use with Gates Carbon Drive Rohloff splined pulleys and regular chain sprockets ranging from 15 to 21 teeth. Its robust design ensures secure and reliable mounting for high-performance single-driveline applications.

Equipped with a lock ring, the Splined Carrier L is tightened using the Rohloff lock ring tool (Art. 8518), face pin wrench, or hook wrench, applying a recommended torque of 30 Nm. The lock ring provides axial tension, preventing micro-movements in the pulleys that may occur due to the pretensioning of the toothed belt, ensuring smooth and efficient power transfer.

The Splined Carrier L is compatible with asymmetrically constructed Gates Carbon Drive-Rohloff pulleys, maintaining a beltline of 55mm, identical to bolted versions, for precise alignment and performance.
