Heel Wedges – 1° In-Shoe Rear Foot Alignment

Heel wedges are a targeted cycling accessory designed to cant the rear of the foot, directly correcting and supporting rear foot valgus/pronation. By adjusting the heel only, these wedges improve stability, control, and overall comfort during rides.

Unlike cleat or forefoot wedges—which cant the entire shoe or forefoot—heel wedges precisely adjust heel alignment. Each wedge offers a 1° tilt and can be stacked to achieve a steeper angle or combined at opposing angles for a customized heel lift. The one-size design can be trimmed for a perfect fit inside any cycling shoe.
