The Praxis M30 BSA Threaded Bottom Bracket is designed for BSA/English threaded frames and Praxis M30 spindle-based cranks, providing a precise, durable, and smooth interface between crankset and frame. Manufactured from forged and machined heat-treated alloy cups, this bottom bracket ensures stiffness, longevity, and reliable pedaling performance.

Equipped with high-quality cartridge bearings available in steel or Grade 5/ABEC 5 ceramic, it features a 30mm drive side and 28mm non-drive side bearing, with a drive-side wave washer for preload adjustment. Installation is simple using a single M30 Socket Tool or M30 Wrench Tool, and the bottom bracket weighs approximately 100g.

Praxis also offers an M30 Bearing Rebuild Kit to refresh bearings when needed, ensuring long-term serviceability.
